GENERAL MANAGER
Ty Blana is originally from Seattle and discovered a passion for the culinary industry through his parents, beginning to cook at a young age before transitioning to front-of-house roles over a decade ago. He studied Culinary Management at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena and has built experience at renowned restaurants including Canlis, Bouchon, Épernay Bistro, and Cotogna.
Outside of work, Ty enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants with his fiancé, and is excited to join the team and get to know everyone.
